Kraig Consulting is a full service financial consulting firm specializing in public-private partnerships and general public finance support for colleges, universities, foundations and other not-for-profits. Kirstin Kraig founded the firm in 2008 after more than 10 years as a senior investment banker in the Eductation and Non Profit Finance Group of George K. Baum and Company. While at GKB, Ms. Kraig structured over $1 billion of tax-exempt and taxable bond issues. Prior to joining GKB, Ms. Kraig worked on the buy-side at Fidelity Investments in Boston, and in corporate finance at a Wall-Street investment banking firm. She has held series 7, 53 and 63 securities licenses.

Ms. Kraig is a frequent speaker at NACUBO, NACAS, Academic Impressions and other higher education workshops. She is a graduate of Denver's inaugural Emerging Leaders program and holds a B.A. in economics from Claremont McKenna College.
